Ingredients
- 1/2 cup palm oil
- Plenty Greens e.g. spinach
- 10 fresh tomatoes, blended
- 300g dried fish (optional)
- 200g stockfish (optional)
- 1kg Meat
- Chilli pepper to taste
- 1 onion bulb, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 seasoning cube
Directions
- Season and boil the meat properly until there is little or no stock remaining
- Put the oil in a pot and add the onions, tomatoes and chilli pepper
- Allow to cook for about 10mins
- Add the dried fish and leave it to simmer for about 3mins
- Add the green leaves, seasoning cubes and salt to taste
- Serve with rice
